Scope

This privacy policy declaration informs users about the kind, scope and purposes of collecting and using personal data by the provider in charge, targomed GmbH, Amalienstrasse 2, 76646 Bruchsal, phone: +49 (0) 7251 932 427, mail@targomed.de on this web site (hereninafter called ’Supply’).
The legal background of the privacy policy is contained in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telecommunication Media Act (TMG).

Access data/server log files

The provider (or webspace provider) collects data for every access to the Supply (server log files). Access data include:
Name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of the call, transmitted data volume, confirmation of a successful call, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (last page visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and improvement of the Supply. The supplier reserves the right to check log data later if there is concrete evidence to support suspicions of illegal use.

Handling of personal data

Personal data are information allowing the identification of a person, i. e. data that can be traced back to an individual. This includes name, email address or phone number but also data about predilections, hobbies, memberships or which web pages have been read.
Personal data are collected, used and transmitted by the provider only where legally permitted or if the users agree to their usage.

Establishment of contact

Upon establishment of contact with the provider (for example, by contact form or e-mail), user entries are saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and to be prepared for any subsequent questions.

Integration of services and contents of third parties

It may happen that contents of third parties such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other parties are integrated in this Supply. This always assumes that the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as ’Third Party’) receive the IP address of the users because without the IP address, they could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary to display these contents. We try only to use such contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for displaying such contents. However, we have no influence on Third Parties saving the IP address for statistical or other purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about the fact.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that allow specific information referring to the device on the access device of the users (PC, Smartphone or similar) to be saved. They help maintain the user-friendliness of web pages to the benefit of users (such as storing login data). On the other hand, they help collect statistical data of the use of a web page for analysing them for the purpose of improving the supply. The users can influence the application of cookies. Most browsers include an option to limit or prevent the saving of cookies. Note, however, that the use and in particular the comfort of utilisation may be limited without cookies.

Statistical analysis

Cancellation, amendments, corrections and updates

The user is entitled to receive information about the personal data saved about him or her on request free of charge. The user is also entitled to correct wrong data and to block or delete personal data unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
